Beloved Doctor Patricia A. Huber Passes Away at 77

BREAKING NEWS: Dr. Patricia “Pat” Anne Huber, a cherished physician and community figure, has passed away at the age of 77. She died on December 7, 2025, at St. Luke’s Fountain Hill, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and dedication.

Pat Huber, a graduate of the University of Rochester and the University of Texas at Galveston, made significant contributions to medicine throughout her career. She completed her residency through the University of Pennsylvania, where she was known for her intelligence and unwavering commitment to her patients. Her passing has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew her.

Pat was not only a beloved doctor but also a devoted wife to her husband, Dr. Steve Sisson, and a loving mother to her daughter, Dana Sisson. The pair shared a unique bond, often described as best friends. Family and friends remember her for her warmth, love for cooking, and ability to bring people together around her table.

Known for her passion for gardening and floral arranging, Pat found beauty in nature that she often shared with others. Her gentle heart extended to animals, especially her two beloved cats, Toby and Russo, who provided her with unwavering companionship.

Pat was also deeply involved in her community, actively participating in Trinity Episcopal Church. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, fostering enduring friendships and a sense of belonging.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025, following calling hours from 1-2 p.m. at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, located at 150 Elm St, Emmaus, PA 18049. The service will be officiated by Mother Laura Howell. Friends and family are encouraged to gather and honor Pat’s memory.
