Urgent: Authorities Search for Portland Mom After Fatal DUII Crash

URGENT UPDATE: Authorities in Multnomah County are urgently seeking public assistance in locating 29-year-old Angelina Minor, who is accused of causing a fatal DUII crash that killed her four-year-old son, Kingston Coston, on March 20, 2024. A felony warrant for her arrest has been issued following her breach of supervised release conditions.

The tragic incident unfolded when Minor, allegedly intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 0.38—over four times the legal limit—was involved in a hit-and-run on North Lombard Street. Witnesses report that she continued driving recklessly, crossing a median and colliding head-on with another vehicle. Her son was found unconscious at the crash site and later succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities have confirmed that other passengers in the vehicles sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but the extent of the tragedy has left the community in shock. Following her guilty plea to manslaughter and other charges, Minor’s sentencing was postponed to late January 2026 due to her pregnancy; however, there is no current information regarding the status of her child.

Officials from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office are stressing the importance of public cooperation. Minor’s last known residence was in North Portland, and law enforcement is urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact them immediately. “We need the public’s help to locate her and bring her to justice,” said a representative.

This case highlights the serious consequences of impaired driving and the ongoing impact on families and communities. The authorities are prioritizing this case and are working diligently to ensure that justice is served.

As the search continues, updates will be provided. Stay tuned for more information on this developing story.
