UPDATE: Authorities are urgently reaching out for help from residents in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, in the search for 25-year-old Isadora Wengel, who has been missing since New Year’s Eve. The Fargo and West Fargo police departments are asking locals to check security camera footage from 2 to 5:30 a.m. on January 7, 2025, for any signs of suspicious activity or potential sightings of Wengel.
Wengel, described as 5-foot-3 and 175 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes, was last seen wearing a distinctive white cardigan adorned with pink hearts, believed to be the Taylor Swift “Lover” cardigan, paired with blue jeans and either white Air Force 1 shoes or Ugg boots. The urgency of this search escalated after Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski suggested that her disappearance may involve foul play.
The police first requested public assistance on January 7, and on Thursday, they expanded their search efforts, urging residents throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area to review camera footage dating back to December 31 for any potential clues. Earlier searches focused on a south Fargo apartment and the Fargo Landfill.
