Rochester Regional Health’s St. Lawrence Region announced a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office on January 30, 2024. The office will move from the main floor of the EJ Noble Building at 80 East Main Street, Canton, to the lower level, which can be accessed via the rear entrance.
While the registration office is relocating, the laboratory and medical imaging services will continue to operate in their current locations. To facilitate a smooth transition, registration will remain available on the main floor for a limited time during the initial days of the relocation. Staff members will be present to assist patients, and clear signage will direct visitors to the new registration area.
Facility Upgrades Prompt Move
This temporary move is necessary to allow for essential upgrades within the facility. As of now, a timeline for returning the registration services to the main floor has not been established. Rochester Regional Health will provide updates on the situation as they become available.
Patients visiting the site should enter the parking lot at 80 East Main Street and take the first right turn, leading around the right side of the building to access the new registration entrance. Both the registration for imaging and laboratory services and the services themselves will be accessible through this entrance.
