Clinical exercise physiologists Lauren Buderus and Braden Cook will discuss critical risk factors associated with coronary artery disease. This session is free and open to the public, with no prior registration required.
For those seeking employment assistance, the Homeward Alliance Job Lab will be held from 12:00 to 15:00 at the Loveland Public Library. This initiative aims to support individuals facing barriers such as justice involvement or homelessness by providing resources for resume writing, cover letters, and job applications.
Additional resources include the Homeward Alliance Mobile Laundry service, available from 09:00 to 12:00 in the library parking lot. This service allows individuals to drop off laundry and pick it up later in the day.
Entertainment and Leisure Activities
Evening entertainment options include a lively selection of trivia and karaoke events. At the 120 Bar and Grill, Epic Karaoke Night kicks off at 18:30, inviting participants to showcase their vocal talents while celebrating iconic music from the 1950s to the 1980s.
