The community will come together on March 7, 2024, for the Race 2 Remember Them (R2RT), a special event designed to honor and celebrate the lives of loved ones lost. This morning gathering will feature a 5K timed race and a family-friendly 1-mile fun run/walk, alongside various activities in the Kid Zone. Participants will engage in a Remembrance Ceremony before the races commence, creating an atmosphere of reflection and solidarity.
The event encourages attendees to bring a photo of a loved one to place in a memory holder, allowing them to carry these cherished memories along the trail. The goal for this year’s event is to raise $80,000 to fund grief support services that remain free for children and their families.

Teams that raise $300 will achieve the title of WARM Place Warrior, while those surpassing $1,000 will be recognized as WARM Place Champions.
