Academic Achievements at Tufts University
In the fall 2025 semester, Lena Sugrue from Belvedere, along with Ben Choucroun and Will Hobbs of Corte Madera, were named to the dean’s list at Tufts University. Other honorees include Eli Brigham from Fairfax; Jake Candell of Greenbrae; Caitlin Capitolo of Kentfield; and Cole Lewis, Nadia Forland, and Elsa Schutt from Larkspur. Hot Italian, a well-known restaurant with locations in Berkeley and San Rafael, has been distinguished as one of the “top Italian restaurants” by Gambero Rosso, an esteemed Italian publishing group renowned for its guides to food, wine, and dining worldwide. Furthermore, the Marin Country Club in Novato has achieved a significant accolade, being awarded the distinguished club designation with elite status by BoardRoom magazine, a national publication serving the private club industry, in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide.
