Dunkin’ Launches $100,000 Scholarship Program for Local Students

Dunkin’ has unveiled its 17th annual Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program, committing a total of $100,000 to support local students pursuing higher education. The program will award 20 scholarships of $5,000 each to eligible students in the Greater Philadelphia region.

The scholarships are available to high school seniors and current undergraduate students planning to enroll in an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school starting in the fall of 2026. Applications will be accepted through April 15, 2026.

Selection Criteria and Impact

Recipients will be selected based on their academic performance, leadership qualities, and community involvement. The program is administered in collaboration with Scholarship America, an organization known for its scholarship programs across the United States.

According to Jackie Keown, the field marketing director for Dunkin’, “Through this scholarship program, we’re able to recognize students who demonstrate leadership, dedication, and a commitment to giving back, while helping ease the financial burden of continuing their education.” This initiative reflects Dunkin’s ongoing support for educational advancement in the communities it serves.

Since its inception in 2009, the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program has awarded a total of $900,000 to 380 students, underscoring the company’s long-standing commitment to supporting local education.

Eligibility and Application Process

Eligible applicants must be permanent residents of southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, or Kent and New Castle counties in Delaware.
