Amazon Launches First Discounts on Lego Mario Kart Sets

Amazon has introduced significant discounts on select Lego Mario Kart playsets, marking the first price reductions since the release of the second wave of sets in August 2025. The Interactive Lego Mario & Standard Kart, the starter set for this popular collection, is now available for $44, down from its original price of $55. Additionally, the Wario & King Boo set is offered at $40, reduced from $50. This particular set is notable as it is the only Lego Super Mario product featuring the beloved character Wario.

The Wario & King Boo set includes 512 pieces and features buildable figures of both characters, along with Wario’s signature pink Badwagon kart and paraglider, as well as King Boo’s blue Teddy Buggy. The discounts come as part of Amazon’s promotional efforts ahead of the holiday season, making these sets particularly appealing to fans and collectors.

In addition to the new price cuts, Amazon also has offers on four other Lego Mario Kart sets from the January launch lineup. The Donkey Kong & DK Jumbo set is now priced at $28.49, down from $35, and is set to be discontinued soon. Another prominent deal is on Toad’s Garage, which is available for $32, reduced from $40. This set includes two Pit Crew Toad figures, and customers can also consider the Party at Toad’s House set, priced at $24, which contains 276 pieces and was launched alongside the Mario Kart products in August.

As of November 2025, the Lego Mario Kart series includes a total of 11 playsets, with most priced at $50 or less. Collectors who manage to secure the complete collection would have access to 17 karts, 24 figures, and numerous interactive accessories. Notably, the collection does not include the Mario Kart: Lego Mario & Standard Kart, a 1,972-piece display model designed for adults that debuted in May 2025 at the Lego Store before becoming widely available in July.
