Growing up in a large family, Norma was one of five siblings, alongside her brothers Rudy and Oscar and sisters Olga and Bertha, all of whom have since passed away. She was a loving wife to her late husband, Floyd H. Spain, and a dedicated mother to their three children: Sandra Campa (John), Kenneth (Fatima), and Norman (Valerie). Norma also took pride in her roles as grandmother to seven and great-grandmother to nine.
