Triskelion Arts Unveils Dynamic Spring 2026 Season Lineup

Triskelion Arts has announced an exciting lineup for its Spring 2026 season, featuring a diverse array of premieres and resident artist showcases at its Greenpoint performance space. Running from March through June, the season will spotlight interdisciplinary dance, physical theater, and performances rooted in nightlife.

The season kicks off from March 12 to 14 with the premiere of Valentina Baché’s Dog God//Germ Angels. This evening-length work, characterized by its rhythm and endurance, presents a physically charged ritual that delves into themes of rage, care, and transformation through relentless movement and sound.

On March 27 and 28, Triskelion Arts will host the sixth edition of SYNTHESIS, curated by nightlife performer Miz Jade. This theatrical variety show will showcase queer nightlife artists across various disciplines, including drag and burlesque. This year’s lineup includes notable performers such as Bertha Vanayshun, Blue, and Sherry Poppins, among others.

The season continues with the April 9 to 11 premiere of STAR SPANGLED MANOR by Verbal Animal, Triskelion’s Spring Production Resident Artist for 2026. Developed through an intensive residency, this interdisciplinary dance-theater work examines the mythology of the American Dream. Through movement, sound, and design, it navigates themes of surveillance, rave culture, and power structures, all framed through a queer lens.

From April 30 to May 2, Dorchel Haqq will present the underscore, an immersive physical theater piece. Set within a domestic space, the work explores themes of joy, grief, and systemic oppression, drawing from concepts of Black fragility and Afrofuturism.

The Jamal Jackson Dance Company will take the stage from May 7 to 9 with Adultification. This powerful performance addresses racial bias, particularly how society often perceives Black children as older and less innocent than their peers. The work juxtaposes childhood joy with the burdens of forced adulthood through a fusion of contemporary and African-influenced movement.

On May 28 and 29, SPLIT BILL #48 will feature new works by emerging artists Elinor Kleber Diggs and Kimie Parker. Diggs’ piece, Crimson, examines the tension between sincerity and artifice, while Parker’s meet me in the lake, my swan reflects on displacement and sisterhood through folkloric imagery, exploring dual Japanese-American identity.

The season concludes with in essence by Ke’ron J. Wilson, Triskelion’s 2026 Artist-in-Residence, from June 11 to 13. This ritual performance centers on trans embodiment and spiritual reclamation, blending movement, spoken word, and live projection to create a ceremony of witnessing and care.

All performances will take place at Triskelion Arts, located at 106 Calyer St. in Greenpoint. Tickets can be purchased online with tiered pricing ranging from $17 to $50. As Triskelion Arts continues to prioritize artistic risk and support for local artists, the Spring 2026 season promises to be a compelling exploration of creativity and expression.
