Outstanding Performances in Football
In the CIF San Diego Section Open Division finals held on November 25, 2025, Cathedral Catholic’s Isaac Cook delivered a stellar performance against Carlsbad High School. The junior running back made a significant impact with a 71-yard touchdown reception, which helped the Dons rally to a 20-14 victory. Cook’s contribution was crucial in securing the title for Cathedral Catholic.
In another thrilling match, the senior quarterback of Lincoln High School demonstrated his prowess by completing seven passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns.
