Brooke Mueller Demands Charlie Sheen Pay $15 Million in Support

UPDATE: Brooke Mueller has just filed court documents accusing her ex-husband, actor Charlie Sheen, of owing her a staggering $15 million in unpaid child support. This urgent situation unfolded on December 4, 2023, in Los Angeles, as Mueller seeks judicial intervention to collect the substantial arrears.

Mueller claims Sheen has failed to meet his child support obligations, which were set at $660,000 per year following their divorce. She alleges that since March 1, 2011, Sheen has only paid a fraction of what he owes, totaling just $295,000 for the year 2011 and none from 2012 to 2015. In her court filing, she details partial payments over subsequent years but insists that the total outstanding amount has ballooned to $8,967,600 for back support alone.

In addition to the unpaid support, Mueller is also demanding $6.4 million in interest, bringing the total claim against Sheen to $15,386,000. The motion filed in court requests that Sheen pay the overdue child support and cover $25,000 in legal fees within 30 days of a court order.

Mueller’s declaration paints a troubling picture of Sheen’s payment history. She states that after making full payments until June 2011, Sheen began defaulting on his obligations. According to her records, he made $96,000 in 2016, $228,366 in 2017, $113,000 in 2018, and nothing from 2019 to 2022. While he paid $20,000 in 2023, $30,000 in 2024, and $39,000 so far this year, these amounts fall significantly short of the required yearly payments.

In a dramatic twist, Mueller’s filing also references a custody agreement reached in 2024, which grants Sheen sole custody should she relapse, highlighting the complexities of their ongoing relationship. Despite past allegations of domestic issues, including a knife incident that led to Sheen’s arrest, Mueller has expressed gratitude for his support during her struggles with substance abuse.

Mueller stated in her court declaration, “Charlie made full child support payments through June 2011. Beginning in July 2011, he made either partial payments or failed to make any payments.” The unfolding legal battle emphasizes the ongoing challenges the former couple faces as they navigate co-parenting.

As this situation develops, all eyes will be on the court proceedings to see how Sheen responds and whether he will be held accountable for the significant financial obligations claimed by Mueller. With the stakes so high, this case is sure to draw considerable public interest.
